ADVANCED STRUCTURAL™

Advanced Facial Assessment & Structural Facial Training

Advanced Professional Training in the Netherlands

Move beyond following a protocol — learn to assess, interpret and personalise.

SAYURI Advanced Structural™ is the advanced professional level of the SAYURI Method™ pathway, developed for practitioners ready to deepen their understanding of facial structure, asymmetry, muscular and fascial patterns, connected face–neck relationships and individual treatment strategy.

The programme develops the professional reasoning required to move from performing a learned sequence toward assessment-led, personalised structural facial work.

The objective is not to collect more techniques. It is to develop a more sophisticated way of thinking about the face.

At Foundation level, practitioners build the structural and manual foundations of the SAYURI Method™. Advanced Structural™ asks a different question: what does this individual face need? Rather than applying the same sequence to every client, practitioners learn to observe patterns, interpret relationships, establish professional priorities and adapt their manual strategy accordingly.

Assessment Before Technique

SPI™ Applied Assessment is one of the defining features of Advanced Structural™ and the intellectual core of the SAYURI assessment-led approach.

Instead of beginning with a predetermined massage sequence, practitioners learn to observe first, interpret visible and structural patterns, establish professional priorities, select an individual strategy and reassess change over time.

DIGITAL PRE-LEARNING

Advanced Learning Begins Before the In-Person Training

Before attending the practical training, participants receive access to selected online theory, case-based preparation and educational materials through the SAYURI ACADEMY learning environment.

Pre-learning is designed to refresh and extend relevant anatomy, fascia, muscular relationships, structural concepts, professional assessment principles and the theoretical framework required for advanced practical work.

This allows the in-person training to focus more deeply on assessment, interpretation, demonstration, case reasoning, protocol adaptation and supervised hands-on practice.
Selected digital learning materials and training resources remain available after the course so practitioners can revisit key concepts while applying the advanced framework in professional practice.

THE SAYURI PROFESSIONAL SYSTEM

What You Will Learn

Advanced Structural™ is designed around the reality that clients do not present with identical patterns.
Through guided observation, demonstration, practical work and case-based reasoning, practitioners learn to compare different facial presentations and understand why the same manual strategy may not be appropriate for every client.
The training develops the ability to ask: What am I observing? What may be relevant within my professional scope? What should I prioritise? How will I assess whether the strategy is working?

Advanced Structural Assessment

  • Advanced observation of facial structure and tissue patterns.
  • Facial asymmetries and their relevance to professional manual work.
  • Muscular tension and compensatory patterns.
  • Fascial relationships and tissue mobility.
  • Jaw and cervical relationships.
  • Face–neck–posture connections and selected connected body patterns.
  • Neuromuscular dynamics relevant to structural facial work.

Interpretation & Professional Strategy

  • Moving from observation to professional interpretation.
  • Prioritising what to address first within professional scope.
  • Selecting and adapting techniques based on the individual pattern.
  • Understanding when a fixed protocol is insufficient.
  • Building a coherent personalised structural session.
  • Planning a sequence of sessions rather than thinking only in single treatments.
  • Reassessment and adaptation over time.

Advanced Manual Work

  • Refinement of core SAYURI structural techniques.
  • Advanced myofascial and structural manual approaches.
  • Work with facial contours, muscular patterns and tissue mobility.
  • Integration of face, jaw, neck, décolleté and relevant connected structures.
  • Technique modification according to tissue response.
  • Precision of hand positioning, direction, pressure and sequencing.
  • Combining techniques into an individual professional protocol.

Professional Scope & Clinical Awareness

  • Indications and contraindications at advanced level.
  • Recognising red flags.
  • Understanding the limits of cosmetic/manual professional practice.
  • Appropriate client communication.
  • Knowing when findings require referral for medical or other regulated professional assessment.
  • Evidence-informed professional reasoning without medical claims.
THE SAYURI PROFESSIONAL STANDARD

What Makes SAYURI Advanced Structural™ Different

Advanced education remains strongly practical. Participants work under supervision to refine technique and learn how to adapt manual work according to assessment and tissue response.
Focus: Assessment · Interpretation · Precision · Adaptation · Sequencing · Reassessment
The aim is to leave with a framework for making better professional decisions, not simply a longer list of techniques.

Assessment-led

Technique is selected after structured professional observation rather than automatically applied.

Personalized

Practitioners learn to adapt treatment strategy to the individual pattern.

Connected

The face is considered in relation to jaw, neck, fascia, muscular patterns and selected connected structures.

Reassessment-based

Progress is observed over time and used to inform the next professional decision.

Who is this training for?

SAYURI Advanced Structural™ is designed for practitioners who already have a strong professional foundation in manual facial work and are ready to progress toward more independent assessment, interpretation and personalised protocol design.

  • SAYURI Foundation Practitioner™ graduates.
  • Experienced facialists and facial massage practitioners with relevant professional education.
  • Beauticians, cosmetologists, skin therapists or massage therapists with substantial hands-on facial experience.
  • Professionals seeking a deeper assessment-led structural approach rather than another fixed massage sequence.
FOUNDER & EDUCATOR

Developed & Taught by the Founder Katerina Trofimova

Biochemist · Founder of SAYURI · Developer of the SAYURI Structural Method

The SAYURI approach was developed at the intersection of biochemistry, professional skin practice and hands-on work with age-related facial change.

Katerina Trofimova combines a scientific understanding of skin and ageing with structural manual practice, creating an educational approach in which anatomy, assessment, tissue behaviour and precise manual work are considered together.

SAYURI ACADEMY was created to translate this approach into structured professional education for practitioners.

CERTIFICATION

SAYURI Advanced Structural™ Certificate

Participants who successfully complete the programme receive the SAYURI Advanced Structural™ Certificate.
The training can be completed independently or combined with Foundation Practitioner™ as part of the wider SAYURI professional education pathway.

QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE
