Delivery is possible all over the world, and if there is no delivery operator to your country from those offered on the sayuricosmetics.nl website, then you can use the feedback form to clarify delivery details. Delivery is carried out from the warehouse of the store and the delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen by the buyer and the processing time for orders from the delivery company (delivery operator).

We do our best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days – using the POST NL shipping service and in most cases orders will ship within 3-10 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee the time and date of delivery and are not responsible for damages resulting from delays.

Please note that we cannot resend or refund lost packages until at least 30 business days have elapsed after the order has been placed. We are not responsible for damages or any other consequences caused by delivery delays.

Sayuri Cosmetics is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products. Are fulfilled through PostNL with an estimated shipment time of 2-3 weeks.

Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Sayuri Cosmetics or PostNL. Sayuri Cosmetics is not responsible for an order once it is in the PostNL system. To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving The Netherlands and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping.

If the Buyer wishes to cancel the executed contract for the purchase of goods on the website WWW.SAYURICOSMETICS.NL and the need to send the goods to be returned to us. Due to the fact that cosmetic products cannot be returned and exchanged on the grounds that they do not meet the taste, style or individual characteristics of the buyer, the products received by the buyer must not be in use, the packaging must not be opened, and the storage conditions for such products must be observed. Until the withdrawal from the contract, the entire responsibility for the safety of the goods lies with the buyer. Together with sending the application and goods for return, the buyer notifies the seller in the feedback form using the feedback form indicating the number of the shipment. Until receipt of the shipment, the contract is not considered terminated and the funds are non-refundable. In the case of a return, the Customer is given a 14-day reflection period and then another 14 days to return the product. The funds must be returned to the payer’s account and the application must be made on behalf of the person who paid for the purchase. In the case of using an account by proxy, additional cards or payment in favor of a third party, supporting documents must be attached to the application for the return to the account of its owner at the direction of the person managing the account.
