Shipping, Payments & Returns Policy

1. General Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

  • We ship worldwide with PostNL, DHL or UPS, depending on your country.

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times (indicative):

    • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

    • EU: 3–10 business days

    • International: 10–25 business days (depending on customs clearance)

⚠️ Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping applies to all orders above €150.

  • For orders under €150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume and destination.

  • If your country is not listed, please contact us via the contact form for a custom quote.


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, tariffs, handling fees, and customs clearance costs in their country.

  • Sayuri SkinLab does not pre-charge these costs and cannot estimate them in advance.

  • If customs duties are refused by the consumer, the shipment will be returned, and shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • iDEAL (Netherlands)

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (via Pay.nl)

  • Bank Transfer: bunq IBAN: NL14 BUNQ 2166 4910 30

  • Other local methods supported by Pay.nl

All payments are processed via encrypted SSL connections.


5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • A shipment is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 30 business days after dispatch.

  • In such cases, please contact us at info@sayuricosmetics.nl and we will either reship your order or provide a refund.

  • Sayuri SkinLab is not liable for delays once the shipment has entered the carrier’s system.


6. Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

EU Customers

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive).

  • To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at info@sayuricosmetics.nl.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

  • You must include all accessories and promotional gifts that came with the product.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.

  • If a product is defective or incorrect, Sayuri SkinLab will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

  • Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to defective or incorrect delivery.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by email (with photos).

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.


8. Possible Delays

  • During high-volume periods, bad weather, strikes or customs inspections, deliveries may take longer than indicated.

  • International shipments are subject to customs procedures which may cause further delays.
