These General Terms apply to all agreements concluded between Sayuri SkinLab (Eenmanszaak) (\u201cEntrepreneur\u201d) and the consumer (\u201cCustomer\u201d), unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.<br data-start=\"496\" data-end=\"499\" \/>1.2. Formation of Agreement<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"1109\">3.1. The agreement is concluded when the Customer completes the order and payment has been received.<br data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"970\" \/>3.2. The Entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse orders if there are reasonable grounds (e.g. suspicion of fraud, non-payment history).<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1114\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1142\">4. Prices and Payment<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1442\">4.1. All prices include VAT (if applicable) and are displayed in Euro, unless otherwise stated.<br data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1241\" \/>4.2. Payment must be made in full before delivery, through the payment options listed on the website.<br data-start=\"1342\" data-end=\"1345\" \/>4.3. In case of non-payment, the Entrepreneur is entitled to suspend or dissolve the agreement.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1447\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1474\">5. Delivery and Risk<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1723\">5.1. Delivery times stated are indicative and not binding.<br data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1536\" \/>5.2. Risk of damage or loss of products passes to the Customer at the moment of delivery.<br data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1628\" \/>5.3. The Entrepreneur is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1728\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"1757\">6. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"2007\">6.1. EU Customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt.<br data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"1851\" \/>6.2. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.<br data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"1935\" \/>6.3. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2012\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2032\">7. Complaints<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2206\">7.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after delivery.<br data-start=\"2108\" data-end=\"2111\" \/>7.2. The Entrepreneur will respond within 14 days or provide a timeline for further handling.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2208\" data-end=\"2211\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2230\">8. Liability<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2518\">8.1. Liability of the Entrepreneur is limited to direct damages not exceeding the amount of the relevant order.<br data-start=\"2342\" data-end=\"2345\" \/>8.2. The Entrepreneur is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or delays.<br data-start=\"2435\" data-end=\"2438\" \/>8.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2520\" data-end=\"2523\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2525\" data-end=\"2546\">9. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2547\" data-end=\"2765\">9.1. The Entrepreneur is not liable for failure to perform obligations in case of force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or carrier disruptions.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2767\" data-end=\"2770\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2772\" data-end=\"2806\">10. Applicable Law &amp; Disputes<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2807\" data-end=\"2955\">10.1. These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.<br data-start=\"2863\" data-end=\"2866\" \/>10.2. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2957\" data-end=\"2960\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2962\" data-end=\"2987\">11. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2988\" data-end=\"3214\">11.1.
