Services and Products<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Sayuri SkinLab offers the following:<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>3.1. Studio Services<\/strong> Personal sessions and programmes at Sayuri SkinLab studio (Amstelveen), including but not limited to: Sayuri Diagnostic, Sayuri-methode&#x2122; sessions, Sayuri Body&#x2122; treatments, and programme packages (First Month, Reset Lite, Reset, Restore, \u00c9lite).<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>3.2. Online Services<\/strong> Remote consultations and protocols, including Sayuri Hormonal Architecture&#x2122; (Audit, Full Protocol, Year), delivered via video call and written documentation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>3.3. Cosmetic Products<\/strong> Own-formula cosmetic products manufactured and certified under EU Regulation (EC) No 1223\/2009, sold via the online shop at sayuricosmetics.nl and in the studio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>3.4. Education and Certification<\/strong> Professional training and certification programmes for specialists, governed by separate agreements where applicable.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">4. The Offer<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">4.1. All offers include a complete and accurate description of the service or product.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">4.2. Obvious mistakes or errors (including pricing errors) do not bind Sayuri SkinLab. In such cases, the client will be notified promptly and may cancel the order at no cost.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">4.3. Prices are stated including VAT where applicable. Services provided to VAT-registered businesses (B2B) may be invoiced exclusive of VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">4.4. Sayuri SkinLab reserves the right to refuse a booking or order without stating reasons, for example in the event of prior non-compliance by the client.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">5. The Agreement<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">5.1. An agreement for products is concluded once the consumer has completed payment and Sayuri SkinLab has confirmed the order by email.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">5.2. An agreement for studio or online services is concluded upon receipt of written confirmation (email) from Sayuri SkinLab following booking and payment or deposit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">5.3. Sayuri SkinLab ensures secure technical systems for payments (SSL encryption, certified payment providers).<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">6. Prices and Payment<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">6.1. Prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">6.2. For programme packages, full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">6.4. Sayuri SkinLab reserves the right to adjust prices. Changes do not affect already confirmed bookings or orders.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">7. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Appointments<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>This section protects the studio&#8217;s time and capacity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">7.1. The client may cancel or reschedule a studio appointment <strong>free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">7.2. Cancellations made <strong>less than 48 hours before the appointment<\/strong> will be charged at <strong>100% of the session price<\/strong>. No refund or credit will be issued.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">7.3. In the event of a <strong>no-show<\/strong> (failure to appear without any prior notice), the full session price is charged and no rescheduling credit is provided.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">7.4. Sayuri SkinLab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in exceptional circumstances (illness, force majeure). In such cases, the client will be offered an alternative date. No additional compensation is owed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">7.5. Cancellations must be submitted <strong>in writing<\/strong> via email to <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"mailto:info@sayuricosmetics.nl\">info@sayuricosmetics.nl<\/a> or via WhatsApp to +31 6 41 41 82 83. The timestamp of the message determines whether the 48-hour policy applies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">7.6. For online services (Hormonal Architecture&#x2122;), cancellation of a confirmed Zoom session within 48 hours follows the same policy as above.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">8. Right of Withdrawal \u2014 Products (EU Consumers)<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">8.1. For cosmetic products ordered online, the consumer has the right to withdraw within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of delivery, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">8.2. To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Sayuri SkinLab in writing at <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"mailto:info@sayuricosmetics.nl\">info@sayuricosmetics.nl<\/a> within this period.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">8.3. Products must be returned in <strong>unopened, unused, and undamaged condition<\/strong> within 14 days of notification.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">8.4. <strong>Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons<\/strong>, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless the product is defective.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">8.5. The right of withdrawal does <strong>not apply<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"&#091;li_&amp;&#093;:mb-0 &#091;li_&amp;&#093;:mt-1 &#091;li_&amp;&#093;:gap-1 &#091;&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul&#093;:pb-1 &#091;&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol&#093;:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Personalised or custom-prepared products<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Digital documents, protocols and PDF programmes once delivered<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Studio sessions and online consultations already performed<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Programme packages where sessions have partially commenced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">9. Returns and Refunds \u2014 Products<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">9.1. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">9.2. Refunds will be processed within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">9.3. Shipping costs are refundable only in the case of defective or incorrect products.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">10. Refunds \u2014 Services and Programmes<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">10.1. Completed sessions and consultations are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">10.2. For multi-session programme packages: if the client wishes to discontinue after sessions have commenced, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Sayuri SkinLab, based on the number of sessions remaining and administrative costs. No refund entitlement exists.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">10.3. Online protocols, PDF documents and written materials are <strong>non-refundable once delivered<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">10.4. If Sayuri SkinLab is unable to complete a programme due to illness or force majeure, the client is entitled to a proportional refund for undelivered sessions.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">11. Complaints<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">11.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing to <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"mailto:info@sayuricosmetics.nl\">info@sayuricosmetics.nl<\/a> within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of the relevant session, delivery or incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">11.2. Sayuri SkinLab will respond within <strong>14 days<\/strong>, or provide an indication if more time is needed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">11.3. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the client may submit a complaint to the Dutch Consumer Authority (ACM) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/odr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ec.europa.eu\/odr<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">12. Liability<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">12.1. Sayuri SkinLab is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to delays, loss of profit, or data loss.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">12.2. Liability is limited to the value of the order or session in question.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">12.3. Sayuri SkinLab is not liable for any individual reactions to cosmetic products or treatments where the client has not disclosed relevant health conditions, allergies or contraindications prior to the session.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">12.4. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete health information when requested. Sayuri SkinLab&#8217;s advice and protocols are based solely on the information provided.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">12.5. Hormonal Architecture&#x2122; and related nutritional or supplement recommendations constitute <strong>strategic lifestyle consulting only<\/strong> and do not replace medical advice. Sayuri SkinLab is not a licensed medical practitioner. Any supplement or hormonal protocol should be discussed with a qualified physician before implementation.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">13. Health and Contraindications<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">13.1. The client is responsible for informing Sayuri SkinLab of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications or contraindications prior to any session or product use.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">13.2. Sayuri SkinLab reserves the right to decline or modify a service if it deems this necessary for the safety or wellbeing of the client.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">14. Privacy<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">14.1. Sayuri SkinLab processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR \/ AVG).<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">14.2. Personal data is used solely for the purposes of fulfilling agreements, communication, and service improvement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">14.3. Data is never sold to third parties. For the full privacy policy, see sayuricosmetics.nl\/privacy.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">15. Force Majeure<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">15.1. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport restrictions, illness), Sayuri SkinLab is entitled to suspend or cancel the agreement without liability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">15.2. If force majeure persists for more than 30 days, both parties have the right to dissolve the agreement. Any payments already made for undelivered services will be refunded proportionally.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\">16. Applicable Law and Disputes<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">16.1. Dutch law applies to all agreements and these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">16.2.
