The Offer<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1234\">3.1. The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products.<br data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1115\" \/>3.2. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the entrepreneur.<br data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1179\" \/>3.3. Prices and Payment<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1763\">5.1. Delivery and Execution<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2091\" data-end=\"2316\">6.1. Orders are shipped within <strong data-start=\"2122\" data-end=\"2143\">2\u20133 business days<\/strong> after payment confirmation.<br data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2174\" \/>6.2. Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.<br data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2237\" \/>6.3. Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer at the moment of delivery.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2318\" data-end=\"2321\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2365\">7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2749\">7.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw within <strong data-start=\"2417\" data-end=\"2428\">14 days<\/strong> after delivery, without giving a reason.<br data-start=\"2469\" data-end=\"2472\" \/>7.2. To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Sayuri SkinLab in writing (<a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2553\" data-end=\"2576\">info@sayuricosmetics.nl<\/a>).<br data-start=\"2578\" data-end=\"2581\" \/>7.3. Products must be returned in unopened, unused, and undamaged condition.<br data-start=\"2657\" data-end=\"2660\" \/>7.4. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2751\" data-end=\"2754\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2756\" data-end=\"2781\">8. Returns &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"3058\">8.1. Costs of return shipping are borne by the consumer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.<br data-start=\"2885\" data-end=\"2888\" \/>8.2. Refunds will be processed within <strong data-start=\"2926\" data-end=\"2937\">14 days<\/strong> of receiving the returned goods.<br data-start=\"2970\" data-end=\"2973\" \/>8.3. Sayuri SkinLab will respond within 14 days, or provide an indication if more time is needed.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3275\" data-end=\"3278\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3280\" data-end=\"3298\">10. Liability<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3299\" data-end=\"3487\">10.1. Sayuri SkinLab is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to delays, loss of profit, or data.<br data-start=\"3417\" data-end=\"3420\" \/>10.2. Liability is limited to the value of the order in question.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3489\" data-end=\"3492\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3494\" data-end=\"3516\">11. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3517\" data-end=\"3682\">11.1. In case of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport restrictions), Sayuri SkinLab is entitled to suspend or cancel the agreement.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3684\" data-end=\"3687\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3689\" data-end=\"3723\">12. Applicable Law &amp; Disputes<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3724\" data-end=\"3868\">12.1. Dutch law applies to these Terms &amp; Conditions.<br data-start=\"3776\" data-end=\"3779\" \/>12.2. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3870\" data-end=\"3873\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3875\" data-end=\"3900\">13. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3901\" data-end=\"4049\">13.1. Sayuri SkinLab reserves the right to amend these Terms &amp; Conditions.<br data-start=\"3975\" data-end=\"3978\" \/>13.2.
